Aries Residence Bukowina Tatrzańska is a newly built facility of the Aries brand, which is located in Bukowina Tatrzańska at 19 Tatrzańska St. It is a complex of independent apartments, which are located in seven buildings. Each building has direct access to an underground garage, a lift and two floors. It is a service-free facility.

• Travelling by car - the facility is located at 19 Tatrzańska Street in the centre of Bukowina Tatrzańska (https://maps.app.goo.gl/syFekLoyvj2GdHws8). When you arrive at the address, head towards the garage gate, there is a numeric keypad on the left-hand side at the level of the car window - on it, enter the code you received by email when making the reservation. See question 5.

• Travelling by train - the nearest railway station is located in Zakopane at 35 Chramcówki St. When you get to the station, change to a bus or a minibus departing from the stations located on the other side of the station. The current timetable can be found at the bus station.

• Travelling by bus - see above. When you get to the bus stop ‘Bukowina Tatrzańska Klin’, go on foot (about 8 minutes) to the address 19 Tatrzańska St. You will get to the right building (the building number is included in the apartment number - see question 6) by going up the stairs located on the right side of the facility.

The facility has a self-check-in. After booking, you will receive an email from us with all the necessary information. We send the email with the code the day before your arrival. In the message you will find the code you need to be able to check in at the facility yourself. You have to enter the code on the numeric keypad in front of the garage entrance gate, the numeric keypad in front of the staircase entrance and on the numeric keypad on the handle of the door leading to your flat.

• Please note that messages are sent automatically. If you have not received a message, please check your SPAM folder.

The standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. The access code becomes active equally at 4:00 p.m., so using it earlier is not possible. If you wish to check in earlier, it is required to contact the Reservations Department: +48 18 533 01 10, rezerwacja@ariesbukowina.pl

Early check-in is subject to apartment’s availability and occupancy on the day in question.

To open the garage door and the staircase door, touch the keypad so that the numbers on the keypad are highlighted. Then press the * key, then when the beep sounds, enter the code you have received and confirm with the # key. Repeat the same procedure for the lock on the entrance door to your apartment.

Your apartment number has a range of information in it. Example: Apartment 5203
5 – building number
2 – floor number
‍03 – the number of the apartment on the floor.

The facility provides its guests with two unguarded car parks covered by video surveillance: an underground car park and a ground car park. By entering either car park, you accept the regulations (link). The facility does not guarantee the availability of a parking space for each flat, therefore advance reservation of a parking space is required. A reserved space is not assigned to a specific apartment - the first available, single space must be taken.

Access to the upper car park is via Leśna Street (turn off at the ‘Mały Budowlaniec’ Shop and then turn right into the road by the facility at 7 Leśna Street).

The rules for entering and parking in the car parks are set out in the regulations (link). Among the most important rules are: no entry of vehicles with LPG installation and no entry of vehicles over 2m high.

When leaving the apartment, guests are asked to leave a tag on the door indicating that they are checking out. The standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The access code expires equally at 11:00 a.m., so using it later is not possible. Late check-out is subject to apartment's availability and occupancy on the day.

Aries Residence does not have a 24-hour reception. Facility staff is available to assist guests at the Information Desk from 8:00-21:00 (off-season from 9:00-21:00) in Building 5.

We encourage you to visit our Information Point located in Building 5, and scan the QR code located in each apartment (stand on the table) describing the most important attractions in the area. We also encourage you to follow our website and the ‘Attractions’ tab (link) and our social media (@aries_bukowina).

Aries Residence provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy breakfast served in the form of boxed catering. The facility does not provide the possibility to order dinner. The facility does not have a restaurant, canteen or a public kitchen.

Breakfast is available in three dietary options: classic breakfast, vegetarian breakfast and sweet breakfast. The exact menu and additional contents of the box can be found on the website: https://www.ariesbukowina.pl/en/food-and-coffee#menu. If you would like to order breakfast or change the menu, please contact the Information Point by 5:00 p.m. the day before: +48 18 533 01 10, rezerwacja@ariesbukowina.pl.  Breakfast is delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to the door of your apartment.

Aries Residence allows you to stay only with a dog. Such a stay is subject to prior notification and a one-off fee. The dog's stay is based on the Terms and Conditions (link).

The facility does not provide daily cleaning service and change of linen and towels.
The service included in the price of your stay (over 6 days) takes place on any day of your stay and includes: change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the flat.

• It is possible to order an additional (paid) shortened or full cleaning service of the flat. The service must be requested at the Information Desk on the day preceding the service by 10:00 a.m. The service may be ordered for any time between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

There are 6 categories of apartments offered in the facility, as well as an additional 3 categories with guaranteed views of the Tatra Mountains.

Each apartment differs in arrangement, colour scheme and location in relation to the world.
Standard furnishings include:

• Kitchenette with two burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, sink, set of dishes (plates, glasses, glasses, cutlery), set of pots. In addition, available are: 2 dishwasher capsules, kitchen scourer, dishwashing liquid, cloth rag.

• Dining table with chairs, sofa bed, coffee table in the living area, TV.

• Double bed with set of bed linen, wardrobe.

• Bathroom with shower, wc, washbasin, 1 set of towels and 2 pieces of toilet paper.

The equipment does not include food products: coffee, spices, oil, olive oil, etc.

The facility offers apartments with guaranteed views of the Tatra Mountains. These categories are:

In the event of a life or health emergency, please always contact the emergency number 112 immediately.
The facility provides guests with the possibility to contact the emergency number provided between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.: +48 539 058 164. Guests are requested to contact us in the event of urgent situations, i.e. fire, danger to life or an emergency, the consequences of which may result in damage or destruction of the facility and its equipment (e.g. flooding of the room). The use of the emergency number for other purposes is prohibited. The emergency number is located on the door to the Apartment.

The facility provides guests with the possibility to use a wireless Wi-Fi network. The network is labelled ‘Aries_Guest’ and to connect to it, please follow the instructions displayed on your device screen. Connection requires an email address or logging in with a Google/Facebook account.

Access to the Wellness Zone is included in the price of your stay. The Wellness Zone is located in Building 5 and consists of a men's/women's changing room, two Jacuzzi tubs located inside and two Jacuzzi tubs located outside. In addition, 3 saunas are available: infrared, Finnish and steam saunas, as well as a cold water balloon.

• The facility does not provide bathrobes.

• The facility provides free towels for the Wellness Zone, which are issued at the Information Desk (right next to the Wellness Zone, Building 5).

Access to Building 5 is outside between the buildings or it is possible to go through the garage. The doors to the Wellness Zone are open during the zone's operating hours and do not require entering a code. Guests are requested to observe the rules and regulations of the Wellness Zone and to follow the rules of this part of the facility.

IMPORTANT: the outdoor jacuzzi is available seasonally.

Each apartment is provided with air conditioning and selected flats have radiant heaters installed. The air conditioning is activated automatically when the outside temperature reaches 22 degrees C. The air conditioning is controlled via a panel on the wall. The radiant heaters are activated manually by remote control. Please do not hang textiles on the radiant heaters as this may damage them.

Guests are requested not to store ski equipment and bicycles in the apartments or in the corridors of the building. The facility provides a ski room upon request. For this purpose, guests will receive in a message with access codes the attached access to the ski room.

The ski room is located in the garage opposite the entrance to Building 3.

Smoking of all tobacco products and electronic cigarettes (including Icos) is strictly prohibited in the apartments, as well as the garage and common areas of the facility.
The ban does not apply to balconies/terraces, as well as areas outside and between buildings.

The facility invites guests to take advantage of the convenience store located in Building 5, where they can stock up on basic hygiene items, cold and alcoholic beverages, as well as sweet snacks baked on site.  The shop also offers freshly brewed coffee from an espresso machine.

The facility provides, for a fee, a baby cot with bedding in the apartment, and also invites the youngest guests to an intimate playroom located in Building No. 5, equipped with: a pool with balls, a table and chairs, sensory toys, large foam blocks or a slide.

A cot is available at an additional cost of PLN 50 per stay. The number of cots is limited.
